The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vasa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jones, pushing him back against the cage.
Jones looking to stall.

Jones tries to score a body lock takedown but Vasa shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
A frustrated look appears on Jones's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Vasa gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Jones punching from the bottom.
Jones wants to sweep but Vasa has passed to side control!

Vasa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jones knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Vasa stands up and we're back to a striking position.

and Vasa counters by clinching up.
