Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nasir Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan comes to the cage accompanied by Jesse Garon - C'est lundi. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie slips a straight right by Khan.

Khan fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gracie.

Nasir Khan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royce Gracie.

Gracie is trying desperately to land a takedown but Khan is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Gracie.
Khan pushes Gracie away with a front kick.
Khan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Khan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gracie doesn't seem bothered though.

and Khan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Khan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Gracie takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Khan connects with a looping right hand.
Khan cracks Gracie with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Gracie is rocked!
Khan scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Khan cracks Gracie with an open hand slap.
Gracie takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Gracie seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Khan shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Gracie is backing up but Khan catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Gracie covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Khan Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
