Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Walter Dayman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Penagos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dayman's entrance music is Day Man. A fine choice. Penagos has chosen Somebody Gonna Get Their Ass Whooped! as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penagos looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Penagos connects with a single shot there.
Penagos throws a body punch but Dayman moves out of range.
Dayman throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Penagos counters with a three punch combo that has Dayman backing up. Dayman nods at Penagos to acknowledge the strikes.
Dayman tries to clinch there but Penagos circles away.
Penagos looks to score with a jab to the body but Dayman is just out of range.
Penagos misses with a few strikes there.
Dayman defending well as Penagos loads up on a big left hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Penagos. Dayman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dayman turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Dayman misses with an attempted mid kick.
Penagos looks to score with a jab to the body but Dayman is just out of range.
Dayman takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Penagos ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Penagos takes a swing at Dayman's ribcage but misses.
Dayman throws a sloppy head kick and Penagos moves out of range easily.
Penagos lets loose with a powerful body kick. Dayman will feel that in the morning.

Penagos throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dayman on the side of the head.

It looks like Walter Dayman has been cut.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Dayman. Penagos shrugs it off though.

and Penagos counters with a body kick that stops Dayman in his tracks momentarily.

Oh Dayman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A right handed body shot lands from Penagos.

Penagos creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Dayman's defenses.
Penagos is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Penagos is leaning against Dayman and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Penagos unloads a knee to the mid-section. Dayman lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Penagos creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Dayman's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Dayman drops to his knees and Penagos pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
