PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Soldier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamilton Cosco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Roosa Järviläinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosco has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Soldier.
Cosco throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
An inside leg kick lands from Soldier.
Cosco misses with a body shot
and Soldier counters with an outside leg kick.
Cosco on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Soldier. Soldier obviously looking to wear him down.
Soldier scores with a kick to the body.
Cosco looks gassed!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Soldier bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Soldier scores with a crisp jab that stopped Cosco in his tracks.
Cosco takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Soldier lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Soldier lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Cosco is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Soldier feints and then cracks Cosco's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cosco down.
Nice body kick from Soldier.
A chopping leg kick lands by Soldier.
Good leg kick by Soldier there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Oooooh!!! Soldier has knocked Cosco down with a huge combo! Soldier steps away and waves a wobbly Cosco back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Cosco is rocked!
Soldier scores with a hook to the body. Cosco takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Cosco is still on wobbly legs! Can Soldier finish him?
Cosco on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Cosco seems to have recovered his senses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cosco crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Soldier - the referee stops the clock and Cosco gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Soldier. Cosco manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Soldier works the jab nicely.
Crack! A monster head kick from Soldier and Cosco falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Soldier!
