Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, ugbUK Ubiu!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ubiu fails with the takedown
and Donelly counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Ubiu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Donelly pinned against the cage. Donelly gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Donelly misses the jab.
Ubiu will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Joseph Donelly has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of ugbUK Ubiu.
Ubiu shoots and misses
and Donelly counters with a nice uppercut.
Donelly scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ubiu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Donelly tries to avoid it but Ubiu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Donelly to the ground. Donelly escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ubiu fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Donelly connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ubiu momentarily.
Ubiu takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Ubiu looks gassed!
Donelly moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ubiu takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ubiu shoots and misses
and Donelly counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Ubiu! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Donelly!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joseph Donelly!
