The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nuttall shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jackson's guard.

Nuttall is trying to break the clinch but Jackson has him pressed against the cage.

Nuttall shoots in for a double leg but Jackson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nuttall paws at him with a jab and circles away.

It looks like Tom Jackson has been cut.

Nuttall is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Nuttall. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
