Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Machinator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamid Karzai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machinator's entrance music is Avenged Sevenfold - Nightmare. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Karzai tries to pull guard but Machinator won't allow it.
Machinator goes for a takedown attempt but Karzai pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Karzai clinches.

Machinator ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Machinator no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Karzai is looking to work some ground and pound but Machinator has wrist control.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Machinator is trying to drag Karzai to the mat but Karzai just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

BOOM! Karzai connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Karzai is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Machinator to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Machinator shrugs it off.
Machinator wants to control but Karzai is having none of it.

Karzai breaks from Machinator's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Karzai tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
