Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durden throws a combination that misses
and Durden takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Durden tries to clinch up
and Herrera counters with a stiff right hand.
Durden with a lazy takedown attempt
and Herrera counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Durden misses with a takedown
and Herrera connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Durden tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Durden throws a sloppy head kick and Herrera moves out of range easily.
Herrera throws a left and a right that both miss
and Durden counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Herrera breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Herrera throws a right and a left that both miss.
Durden wants to clinch
and Herrera counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Durden wants to stand but Herrera is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Herrera working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Herrera is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Durden has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Herrera is looking to defend but Durden has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Herrera! Durden pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Herrera taps out and this one is all over!
