Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinny Veechi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martti Molo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veechi comes to the cage accompanied by Some cool sounding ancient Rome music. Molo has chosen Nitro Circus as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veechi feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Molos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Veechi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Molo ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Veechi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Molo. Molo obviously looking to wear him down.

and Veechi counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Molo's guard now.

That was a close round but I would say that Vinny Veechi will probably get the nod.

Veechi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Molo is looking to stand up but Veechi isn't so interested in that idea.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Martti Molo wasn't active enough on the ground.
Veechi looks to score with a jab to the body but Molo is just out of range.
Veechi blocks the body kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Veechi lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Molo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Molo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Veechi dives in and grabs Molo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Molo pushes down on Veechi's head and hops out.

Veechi's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Molo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Veechi scrambles back to his feet.

Veechi takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Molo jabs Veechi right on the nose. Veechi blinks but takes it well.

Molo makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Molo landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Molo pushes Veechi back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Molo swings wildly with an uppercut but Veechi uses good head movement to avoid it.
Molo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Veechi is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Molo to the mat. Molo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Veechi won't allow Molo to sweep him here.
Molo pushes Veechi off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Molo has taken the fight to the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Martti Molo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Molo has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
