The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Rosso.
Rosso misses with a body kick.
Lig swings widly with a right hand
and Rosso counters with an inside leg kick.
Rosso throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lig.
Rosso connects with an inside leg kick.
Rosso fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rosso works the jab nicely.
Lig with a poor takedown
and Rosso counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lig thinking.

Lig throws an off balance right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Rosso connects with a crisp jab.
Rosso's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lig under the eye.
Lig throws a poor cross that misses
and Rosso counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rosso clinches up with Lig and pushes him back against the cage.

Rosso breaks from the clinch.
Ambrosio Rosso is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rosso lunges at Lig with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lig's hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rosso rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lig moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rosso fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lig has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

and Rosso counters with a thumping low kick.

No joy there for Rosso, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lig tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Rosso throws a right hand that Lig ducks under and follows up with a left that Lig also avoids with ease.
Good leg kick by Rosso there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Lig's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rosso connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lig scrambles back to his feet.
Rosso fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Rosso lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Rosso is looking to slow Lig down with leg kicks.
Lig on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rosso. Rosso obviously looking to wear him down.
Lig looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rosso moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Rosso throws a front kick that sends Lig stumbling back into the cage.
Rosso feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ligs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Rosso darts in and clinches Lig up against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rosso creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Rosso using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Lig has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Rosso throws an elbow but it misses.

Rosso lands a hook to the side of the head.
Rosso tries to break the clinch but Lig is controlling the position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Rosso turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Ambrosio Rosso is winning the standup battle so far.
Rosso feints and then cracks Lig's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lig down.
Rosso is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lig can do to turn this around?
Rosso connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Rosso lands with a good body shot.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rosso tries to land a front kick but Lig steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lig's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Rosso lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Lig throws a lazy uppercut
and Rosso cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Rosso lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lig backs up against the cage.

Rosso lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Lig takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Lig takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A combination from Rosso does no damage.

Both fighters circling a little - Rosso finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Rosso scores with a hook to the body. Lig takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Ambrosio Rosso is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rosso shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lig eats them both and turns towards Rosso to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Lig closes the distance but Rosso moves to the side
and Rosso counters with a stiff right hand.

Rosso fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Rosso lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Lig gets off balance looking for a body kick
enabling Rosso to counter with a crisp jab.
Osulep Lig has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Rosso scores with a sloppy right hand. Lig should have avoided that one.
Lig throws a sloppy head kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Lig misses with a hook
and Rosso cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Rosso cracks a nice hook into Lig's ribs.
Lig misses with a jab to the body
and Rosso counters with a series of strikes. Lig will be more careful next time no doubt.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Rosso scores with a one two! Lig had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Ambrosio Rosso is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Lig walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
And that's the end of the fight!
Ambrosio Rosso showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Rosso has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
