Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Saint George!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
George looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Valquez is fending him off so far but George persists. Nope, Valquez circles away and we're back to standing.
Valquez darts in trying to clinch

and George counters with a nice double leg into side control. Valquez won't be happy with that.
Valquez prevents George from improving position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
George works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

George tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
George works to advance to full mount. Valquez defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
George controlling his opponent.

Valquez is controlling an arm, preventing George from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Valquez is squirming around, avoiding George's attempts to control the action.
Valquez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for George on the ground.
George seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Valquez is holding on tight.

George goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Valquez turns into him and now he's in George's guard.
Valquez looking to sit in guard and control but George gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
George controls from within his opponent's guard.

George is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Valquez is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Valquez has escaped and now he's on top!

George working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Valquez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Valquez manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

George had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Valquez defends it easily.
George is pulling down on Valquez's head. It's preventing any offense from Valquez, at least for the moment.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
George looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Valquez postures up.

Valquez is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but George has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Valquez is looking to defend but George has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Valquez! George pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Valquez taps out and this one is all over!
