Kennedy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Fall of Troy - F.C.P.R.E.M.I.X.. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kennedy moves to clinch but Davis breaks away
and Davis counters with a stiff right hand.
Davis circles away from the clinch attempt
and Davis counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kennedy tries to clinch but Davis moves away
and Davis counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Will Kennedy has been cut.

and Kennedy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Davis counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Davis tries to pass to full mount but Kennedy defends it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Davis moves into full mount! Kennedy won't be happy about that!
Davis is landing with some decent strikes but Kennedy is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Davis avoids the attempt from Kennedy to control.
Kennedy sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Kennedy has hold of Davis's hands but Davis slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Kennedy tries to get to full guard but Davis has control of the leg.
Kennedy looks like he's trying to stand up.

Davis works his foot free and advances to mount.

The cut above Will Kennedy's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Davis loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Kennedy scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Davis land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Davis stands and salutes the crowd.
