Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gigante Guerreiro Daileon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fu Manchu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daileon comes into the arena with Akira Kushida - Chou Wakusei Sentou Boukan Daileon blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Manchu gets caught flat footed, as Daileon shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Manchu keeping moving, preventing Daileon from controlling successfully.

Daileon avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Daileon stands and steps away. Manchu gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Daileon is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Manchu is working for a kimura but Daileon is defending it quite comfortably.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Gigante Guerreiro Daileon.

and Daileon counters with a shoot takedown. Manchu fights it but they end up in guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Daileon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Manchu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Daileon has managed to get both his arms back between Manchu's legs - danger averted.

Daileon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Manchu swivels though and keeps the full guard.

and Daileon decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Manchu's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Manchu is looking for a triangle but Daileon pushes his legs off easily.

Daileon shoots in and bounces Manchu off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Daileon postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Manchu is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Daileon, into his guard.

Manchu drops back, looking for a kneebar! Daileon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Daileon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Daileon!

Daileon has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Manchu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Daileon pinned against the cage. Daileon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Daileon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Manchu.

Daileon is trying to get an arm triangle but Manchu is defending well.
Daileon wants to control but Manchu is keeping him busy.
Gigante Guerreiro Daileon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Manchu tries to improve position but can't.
Manchu gets back to half guard.
Daileon uses his free foot to push down on Manchu's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Manchu.

Daileon quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Daileon but it's paid off an Manchu is forced to tap! Nice work by Daileon.
