Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alistar DeGraff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pe Lurpo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from DeGraff.
Lurpo avoids a punch combination nicely.
DeGraff throws a quick inside leg kick.

and DeGraff counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

DeGraff shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lurpo napping and manages to drive through into side control!

DeGraff is having to fend off submission attempts from Lurpo, who is looking to sink in the choke. Lurpo doesn't have the hooks in though and DeGraff manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.

DeGraff wants to get up but he can't break Lurpo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Lurpo manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. DeGraff manages to get himself to full guard.

Lurpo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! DeGraff is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lurpo, into his guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Alistar DeGraff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lurpo shoots for a double leg takedown but DeGraff sprawls well. He's pushed Lurpo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

DeGraff feints and then cracks Lurpo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Lurpo down.
DeGraff throws a hook to the side of Lurpo's head but Lurpo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

DeGraff throws a chopping leg kick but Lurpo manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
DeGraff scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
DeGraff misses with a body kick.
DeGraff stuffs the takedown attempt from Lurpo. Lurpo gets slowly back to his feet.
Lurpo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and DeGraff makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
DeGraff misses with a wild body shot.

DeGraff throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lurpo takes a swing at DeGraff's ribcage but misses.
DeGraff throws a leg kick but Lurpo checks it.
DeGraff stalks Lurpo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lurpo's face. Lurpo staggers backwards, shaken.
DeGraff goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alistar DeGraff dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Lurpo closes the distance and clinches up with DeGraff, looking for a takedown. Lurpo pushes DeGraff against the cage but DeGraff circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lurpo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. DeGraff swivels though and keeps the full guard.
