Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chad Nazareth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Brophy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nazareth throws a shot from downtown. Brophy moves away and avoids it.
Brophy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nazareth gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Brophy counters with a leg kick.
Brophy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nazareth throws out the jab.
Brophy catches Nazareth with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Chad Nazareth has been cut.
Brophy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brophy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Nazareth has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Nazareth closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Brophy is trying to break the clinch but Nazareth is controlling him.
Brophy has had enough of the clinch but Nazareth keeps him there for the moment.
Nazareth keeps control of Brophy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Brophy enables Nazareth to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Brophy manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Nazareth accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

enabling Brophy to counter with a crisp jab.
Nazareth throws a hook but Brophy blocks it.
Nazareth will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Brophy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Nazareth manages to avoid it.
Nazareth waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Brophy.

Nazareth lunges at Brophy with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Brophy's hand.

Nazareth closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Nazareth is keen to just control but Brophy is a slippery customer.

Nazareth perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
