Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Tinker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simo Kuassimo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tinker comes into the arena with Stranglehold blaring out of the sound system. Kuassimo is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Dejale Caer Todo El Peso. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Kuassimo coming out on top.
Tinker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Tinker counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tinker closes the distance and clinches up with Kuassimo, looking for a takedown. Tinker pushes Kuassimo against the cage but Kuassimo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A good leg kick by Tinker.

and Tinker makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

and Tinker counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Kuassimo shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Tinker eats them both and turns towards Kuassimo to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kuassimo has hold of Tinker's hands but Tinker slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Tinker working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Tinker maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Kuassimo could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Tinker has cracked it and Kuassimo is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Tinker!
