The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rune misses with a takedown
and Santos counters with a nice uppercut.
Rune on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Rune with a poor takedown
and Santos counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Rune doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Santos counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ricardo Santos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bad Boy Rune.
Santos scores with a leg kick.
Santos lands with a thumping leg kick.
Rune looks gassed!

Rune moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Santos fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Rune slips a jab and a cross from Santos.
Bad Boy Rune seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looks like Bad Boy Rune has been cut.
Rune takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A slapping leg kick lands for Santos.
Rune walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Santos feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Rune's calf.
A chopping leg kick lands by Santos.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Santos.
Rune moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
That kick from Santos tenderised Rune's leg. Rune is trying to keep his angry face on.

Santos uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Rune chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Santos can pounce on him.
Santos thows a body shot but no joy.
Rune has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Rune there as he acknowledges the shot.
Santos fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rune looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Santos scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Santos.
Santos misses the shot to the body.
A right-left combo lands from Santos.

Rune doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Santos counters with a nice body shot.
Rune takes a jab right on the kisser.

Rune is rocked!
BOOM! Santos lands a beautiful left hook that drops Rune. Rune tries to recover but Santos is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Rune lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
