Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gaist as he jumps to the side.
Lesnar fails with a takedown attempt.
A big right from Gaist misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A slow jab from Gaist misses its intended target.
Gaist throws a lazy uppercut

and Lesnar counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Gaist avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lesnar.
Lesnar thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gaist's head.
Lesnar not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Gaist blocking the ground and pound attempt from Lesnar.
Lesnar missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Lesnar controlling the action here.
Lesnar throwing shots but Gaist is blocking nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lesnar wants to free his trapped foot but Gaist is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Lesnar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lesnar passes to full mount!
Lesnar putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!


It looks like Outair Gaist has been cut.
Lesnar working away from the top, dropping strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gaist tries to lock up and control but Lesnar gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Lesnar content just to control the position here.
Gaist on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Gaist tries to get out of the position.

Outair Gaist's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gaist is in a horrible position here. Lesnar smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.


Jeez, Outair Gaist's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Outair Gaist's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Randy Lesnar!
