Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gosha Zeleev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson Couture could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Gosha Zeleev's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Zeleev shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Couture's guard.

Zeleev drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Zeleev jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Zeleev with a nice head shot there.
Zeleev passes into half guard.
Couture knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zeleev on the ground.
Zeleev scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Zeleev trying to control from half guard but Couture is working away.
Couture is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Couture is breathing heavily.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Zeleev connects with a nice short shot to Couture's temple.

Couture is defending against the submission attempts here by Zeleev.
Zeleev working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Couture wants to control but Zeleev is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Zeleev looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Couture with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Zeleev drops an elbow to the side of Couture's head.

Zeleev is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Couture is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
