Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leonard Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacques Shellac!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Khan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Leonard Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khan moves away from the strike by Shellac.
Khan's corner calls for a 1-2. Khan obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Shellac. Khan does a little dance to reset his feet.
Shellac pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Shellac misses with a head kick.
Khan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Khan tries a low kick but Shellac avoids it.
Khan throws a chopping leg kick but Shellac manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Khan wants to clinch but Shellac slips to the side
and Shellac counters with an outside leg kick.

Shellac gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Shellac keeping full guard, as Khan tries to pass.
Khan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Shellac utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Khanis looking to pass into half guard but Shellac pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Shellac is in guard.
Shellac must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Khan has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Shellac should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Khan has tightened it up now! Shellac should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
