Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stewie Dent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dorian Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stewie Dent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dorian Walker!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker throws a lazy uppercut
and Dent counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Walker misses with an uppercut
letting Dent counter with a right hand.
Walker tries to clinch up
and Dent cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Walker staying out of range there.
Walker closes the distance but Dent moves to the side
and Dent counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Dent throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dent circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dent counters with a nice uppercut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Walker looks to land a combination but Dent avoids it well.
Dent punishes Walker's body with a nice straight punch.
Walker has his takedown stuffed
and Dent counters with a left to the body.

Walker scores a takedown into full mount!
Dent really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Dent is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Dent is desperately trying to improve his position but Walker has a good base and remains in mount.

Walker thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Poor strikes thrown by Walker there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Dent is squirming around, avoiding Walker's attempts to control the action.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Walker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Dent holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Walker tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Dent tries to lock up and control but Walker gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Walker landing strikes from the mount and Dent is in trouble!
Walker thowing shots but they're missing.
Walker with shots to the head and body - Dent looks very uncomfortable down there.
Dent wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Walker.
Walker breaks from Dent's wrist control and lands an elbow.


It looks like Stewie Dent has been cut.

Walker lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Dent hang on?
Dent on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Dent tries to get out of the position.

Dent is desperately trying to improve his position but Walker has a good base and remains in mount.

Walker won't let Dent get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Walker tries to clinch up but Dent circles away and keeps his distance.
Walker scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Walker fails to land the takedown.
Dent tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Walker was well out of range. Poor timing from Dent.
Walker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dent.
Dent throws a poor cross that misses

so Walker counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Walker pushes down on Dent's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Walker is stalling here. Dent is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Walker seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Dent has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Walker makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Walker.
Walker not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dent is looking to stand up but Walker won't let him.
Walker looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dent is one step ahead there.
Dent has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Dent stays in close to Walker's body and controls the position.

Stewie Dent has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Walker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Dent tries to land a sweep but no joy.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walker is keen to just control but Dent is a slippery customer.
Dent is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Dent knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Walker on the ground.

Walker throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Dent is staying active underneath Walker, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Walker is looking to advance position but Dent won't allow it.

Walker shoots and misses
and Dent cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dent lands with a hook. Walker tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Dent takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Horrible takedown by Walker or perhaps it was just good defense by Dent which made him look bad.

and Walker makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Walker is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dent avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Dent is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Dent misses with a takedown attempt - Walker sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Dent.

Walker instigates a clinch.
Walker tries to break the clinch but Dent is controlling the position.
Walker tries to circle away but Dent has him pinned against the cage.
Dent changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Walker fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Dent closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Walker throws an overhand right that lands on Dent's shoulder, as Dent tries to avoid the shot.

Walker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

and Walker counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Dent!
