Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Placido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Placido comes to the cage accompanied by Bone Thugs N Harmony Feat. 2Pac - Thug Luv. Silva has chosen Metallica - The Unforgiven II as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Placido misses with a hook
and Silva counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Silva swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Placido slips under a jab from Silva .
Placido throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silva sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Placido counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Silva shoots for a takedown but Placido saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Silva in particular looking to stall.

Silva looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Placido with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Placido is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Silva 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Silva 's back!

Lucas Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Silva winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
