The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Columbo Gatti and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawke changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Hawke manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hawke shoots in but Jones avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hawke looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Jones!
Jones is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Hawke is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Jones has managed to escape the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hawke is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Jones is surviving well by controlling Hawke's body position as best he can.
Hawke wants to finish this one by submission but Jones is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hawke.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hawke is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Hawke extends the arm and Jones is forced to tap!
