The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bengoetxea digs a good body shot into Poraa's ribs.

Bengoetxea drops Poraa with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Poraa looks back up at him and smiles so Bengoetxea waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Pora Poraa has been cut.
Poraa is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bengoetxea throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Poraa bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Poraa seems to have got his legs back now.
Poraa takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bengoetxea looks to land a right hand but Poraa moved out of range.
Bengoetxea comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bengoetxea throws a hook but Poraa avoids it easily.
Bengoetxea stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Pora Poraa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bengoetxea cracks Poraa on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Poraa falls backwards against the cage. Bengoetxea follows up with more strikes that drop Poraa to his knees. Bengoetxea keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Poraa! This one is all over!
