Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinnie Capone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Strope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Capone might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Godfather Theme Song. Trent Strope is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strope misses with a double jab.
Strope scores with a jab to the body.
Strope lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Strope throws a nice looking combination but Capone bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Strope takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Capone.
Nice body kick from Capone.
A punch combination from Strope misses.
Capone misses with the combination.
Strope rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Capone counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Strope gets underhooks to prevent Capone's takedown attempt.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Strope.
Strope manages to pull guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Capone trying to control but Strope is working from the bottom.
Capone passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Capone lands some shots froms side control.

Strope gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Capone looking to control but Strope is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Capone looking for a guillotine from mount but Strope is having none of it.
Strope is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Capone breaks from Strope's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Strope is trying desperately to improve position.
Strope is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Strope can do anything to dispel that myth.
Capone trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Strope defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Capone.

Capone fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
