And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reyes is looking to clinch.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Schmeyer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Reyes has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Schmeyer has managed to get both his arms back between Reyes's legs - danger averted.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Reyes counters with a nice double leg into side control. Schmeyer won't be happy with that.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Reyes decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Reyes changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Schmeyer tries to avoid it but Reyes manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Schmeyer to the ground. Schmeyer escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Reyes tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Schmeyer just stands there and leans against the cage.

Schmeyer is trying to trip Reyes. He has hold of a leg but Reyes is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Schmeyer persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Reyes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Schmeyer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Schmeyer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Reyes had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Schmeyer defends it easily.
Reyes is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Daniel Reyes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Reyes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
