Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Velasqs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasqs with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hill to score with a decent uppercut.
Velasqs takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Both fighters circling a little - Velasqs finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Hill misses with a hook. Velasqs ducked under it nicely.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Velasqs has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hill is working away from the top position though.

We're going to have a standup here because Cain Velasqs wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
