Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Harry Houdini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Houdini comes to the cage accompanied by Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH. Kane has chosen Gang of Four - I love a Man in Uniform as his entrance music. Harry Houdini has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houdini misses with a hook to the body
and Houdini takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Harry Houdini has been cut.

and Kane counters with a series of strikes. Houdini will be more careful next time no doubt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Kane closes the distance and clinches up with Houdini, looking for a takedown. Kane pushes Houdini against the cage but Houdini circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Houdini prevents Kane from breaking the clinch.
Houdini tries to work over Kane's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Kane digs a right hand into Houdini's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Houdini's gas tank.
Kane tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Houdini just stands there and leans against the cage.

Kane digs a right hand underneath Houdini's ribcage. Houdini let out a lung full of air as it connected.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kane just misses with a elbow thrown towards Houdini's brow.

Kane creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Kane wants to sweep here but Houdini controlling him for the moment.
Houdini throws and elbow that misses. Kane uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Houdini's guard. Nice move by Kane!

Houdini is looking to stand up but Kane isn't so interested in that idea.

Houdini slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Kane gets caught flat footed, as Houdini shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Houdini postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kane is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Houdini, into his guard.

Tommy Kane is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Houdini unloads with some shots from mount but Kane bucks and avoids them well.

Houdini throws a wild left hand from mount and Kane manages to wriggle his way back to half guard.
Kane is trying to control but can't.
Houdini is taking a breather. Kane says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
