Hart looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Hart slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Graham wants to pass the guard but Hart is keeping the position.
Graham looking to sit in guard and control but Hart gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Hart drops back looking for a leg! Graham is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Graham manages to kick Hart off! Hart jumps back into Graham's guard.
Graham might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Hart drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Hart as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Graham screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Hart! Nice submission victory there!
