Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Tomson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Pitsenbarger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pitsenbarger swings for the body but Tomson moves out of range.
Pitsenbarger misses with a shot to the body
and Tomson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tomson misses with a kick to the body
and Pitsenbarger makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tomson scores with a shot to the body.
Tomson misses the shot to the body.
Tomson throws a leg kick that is checked
and Pitsenbarger counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Tom Tomson has been cut.
Tomson blocks a head kick by Pitsenbarger.
Pitsenbarger ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tomson moves away.
Tomson lands a leg kick that knocks Pitsenbarger off balance momentarily.
Tomson closes the distance and clinches.
With the fighters up against the cage, Tomson throws an elbow but misses.
Pitsenbarger tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tomson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tomson throws a looping overhand right but Pitsenbarger ducks down to avoid it.
Pitsenbarger misses the shot to the body.
A slow jab from Pitsenbarger misses its intended target.
Tomson feints and then cracks Pitsenbarger's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pitsenbarger down.
Pitsenbarger scores with a body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tomson misses with the body kick
and Pitsenbarger counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tomson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A lazy body kick from Tomson
and Pitsenbarger counters with a straight right hand.
Tomson with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

and Pitsenbarger counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Tomson thinking.
Pitsenbarger connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tomson misses with the body kick
and Pitsenbarger connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tomson is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Pitsenbarger makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tomson misses with a leg kick
and Pitsenbarger counters with a head kick that drops Tomson to the mat! Tomson scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Tomson is rocked!
Pitsenbarger lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Oh Tomson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pitsenbarger lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Tomson head around and knocks him out cold! Pitsenbarger hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
