Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fa Ble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gregory Sanchez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fa Ble!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ble throws a sloppy head kick and Sanchez moves out of range easily.
Ble closes the distance but Sanchez moves to the side
and Ble takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sanchez fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Ble is out of range.
A nice combination there by Sanchez.
Sanchez fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ble closes the distance looking to clinch
and Sanchez counters with a good low kick that Ble was not able to check.

Sanchez is looking to break free of the clinch but Ble has double underhooks.
Ble tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sanchez avoids it.

Ble with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Sanchez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ble throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sanchez blocks it with crossed arms.
Ble wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Sanchez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ble wants to get up but he can't break Sanchez's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Ble really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sanchez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
