PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joao Goulart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bruce might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Joy Division - Atmosphere. Goulart comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Shaggy - Mr. Boombastic kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bruce pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Bruce lands a big head kick that sends Goulart tumbling to the mat! Bruce takes a step backwards and waves Goulart back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Joao Goulart has been cut.
Goulart throws a head kick but Bruce moves out of range.
Goulart scores with a one two! Bruce had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bruce connects with a jab.

and Bruce counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

and Bruce counters with a huge right that knocks Goulart out cold! Bruce is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
