The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Jones drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Gillette is not content to let Jones control the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jones regains half guard.

A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Gillette does a little dance to reset his feet.

Gillette darts in and clinches Jones up against the cage.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gillette accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
