Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hector Lombard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Primo Self!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Self moves into range and clinches up with Lombard.
Lombard jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Self walks away with a smile on his face. Lombard gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lombard misses with a body kick.
Self is looking to chop away at Lombard's legs.
No joy there for Self, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Self closes the distance and clinches.

Self's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Oooooh!!! Self has knocked Lombard down with a huge combo! Self steps away and waves a wobbly Lombard back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Lombard is rocked!

It looks like Hector Lombard has been cut.
Self throws a head kick that misses.
Oh Lombard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Self knocks Lombard out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
