The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ayl changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Samoan tries to avoid it but Ayl manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Samoan to the ground. Samoan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Samoan.
Ayl scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Samoan doesn't seem bothered though.

Samoan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Samoan lands in his opponent's guard.
Samoan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ayl swivels though and keeps the full guard.
