Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Hawke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Belafonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belafonte comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Harry Belafonte - Banana Boat kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Victor Belafonte is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Victor Belafonte!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawke has his takedown stuffed
and Belafonte counters with a nice uppercut.
Belafonte darts in trying to clinch
and Hawke counters with a single leg into guard. Belafonte didn't expect that.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hawke postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Belafonte is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hawke, into his guard.
Hawke pushes a forearm under Belafonte's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Belafonte is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
