The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hanger drops his hands momentarily and Train takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Train circles away from the clinch attempt
and Train counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Hanger counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Hanger.

Train is looking to stand up but Hanger isn't so interested in that idea.
Train is looking to stand back up but Hanger counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Train.
Hanger has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Train wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Hanger is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hanger trying to control but Train is having none of it.

Hanger stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Train stalks Hanger and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hanger's face. Hanger staggers backwards, shaken.

Hanger avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hanger fails with the takedown
and Train counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hanger tries to score a power double leg takedown but Train sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hanger somewhat.
Warren Train has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Logan Hanger.

enabling Train to counter with a crisp jab.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
A punch lands to the side of Hanger 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Train throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hanger stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Train counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Hanger tries to score a power double leg takedown but Train sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hanger somewhat.
Hanger moves forwards but Train connects with a nice, crisp jab.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Train won't allow Hanger to pass to mount.

Train is staying active underneath Hanger, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
