The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beefheart keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from iLL.
iLL fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from iLL. Beefheart shrugs it off though.
iLL connects with a good right hand that stumbles Beefheart. Beefheart circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Captain Beefheart has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
iLL throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
iLL cracks Beefheart with a right hand to the side of the head.

Dr iLL seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick by iLL - that's a beauty! Beefheart is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even iLL can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
