Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Russo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Russo misses the jab.
Russo looks to score with a jab to the body but White is just out of range.
Russo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ground and pound from Russo seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Russo is looking to take a break and control but White is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

White bucks up and tries to throw Russo off but instead Russo has got his back!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
White manages to escape and get back to his feet.
White swats away the attempt to clinch by Russo.

Russo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

A big strike lands for Russo! That's really hurt White and he's turned his back - Russo keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Russo jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
