Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Mitch Layden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Koufax Pierce!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierce connects with a body shot that sends Layden's belly button to the back.
Pierce misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pierce tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Layden was well out of range. Poor timing from Pierce.
Left hook, right uppercut from Pierce.
It looks like Mitch Layden has been cut.
Pierce fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Layden moves in looking to clinch but Pierce pushes him off.
Pierce stuffs the takedown.
Layden takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Layden circles away from the clinch attempt.
Oooooh!!! Pierce has knocked Layden down with a huge combo! Pierce steps away and waves a wobbly Layden back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Layden is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pierce lands with a right and another and another! Layden is in big trouble! Pierce lands again and this time it's lights out for Layden! A quality knockout there for Pierce.
