Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andre Cleaner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shaughn Vos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cleaner comes into the arena with lets go outside the house blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Andre Cleaner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Shaughn Vos!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cleaner throws the left hand but Vos avoids the punch easily.
Cleaner throws a push kick but Vos slaps the foot to one side.
Vos looks to score with a jab to the body but Cleaner is just out of range.
Vos throws a right hand that Cleaner ducks under and follows up with a left that Cleaner also avoids with ease.
Vos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Cleaner decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Vos's guard.
Vos can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Cleaner controls the pace.
Vos keeping full guard, as Cleaner tries to pass.
Vos wants to stand and escape but Cleaner is having none of it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Vos looking to control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Shaughn Vos was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Cleaner looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Vos gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Cleaner counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Vos's guard now.
Cleaner wants to pass the guard but Vos is keeping the position.
Vos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cleaner. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Cleaner engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Cleaner's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Cleaner uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vos.
Vos throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Cleaner closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Vos quickly recovers to half guard.

Cleaner has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Andre Cleaner.
Vos moves out of range of the strikes.
Vos swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Cleaner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Vos trying desperately to get to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Cleaner counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Cleaner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Andre Cleaner wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Vos with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Cleaner ducks under a wild hook from Vos.
Vos throws out a loose jab but Cleaner uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Cleaner counters with a single leg into guard. Vos didn't expect that.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Vos tries to escape but Cleaner is in control.
Cleaner throws an elbow but Vos slips to the side and avoids it well.
Vos is trying to buck Cleaner off.

Cleaner tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cleaner has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Vos misses with a takedown

and Cleaner counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Cleaner with a flurry of punches that miss.
Cleaner slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Cleaner thows a big elbow that misses.
Cleaner stays in close to Vos's body and controls the position.

Andre Cleaner has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
The fighters circling - Vos throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Vos misses with a head kick.
Vos looks to land a right hand but Cleaner moved out of range.
Vos fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cleaner manages to avoid it.

Andre Cleaner overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Andre Cleaner just wasn't active enough.

Cleaner shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Vos's guard.
Cleaner is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Vos wants to get back to his feet but Cleaner passes into half guard.

Vos cracks Cleaner with a good jab.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cleaner, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
