The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haynes takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Haynes throws a sloppy head kick
and Punch counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Haynes thinking.
Haynes tries to close the distance and clinch but Punch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Punch throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Punch dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Punch takes a swing at Haynes's ribcage but misses.
Punch misses with a body shot.
Sloppy strikes from Punch. Those never looked like landing.
Punch fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Punch lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Haynes at a distance.
Haynes on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Punch throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Haynes sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Haynes misses the jab.
Haynes moves out of range of the strikes.

Punch tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Haynes was well out of range. Poor timing from Punch.
Punch feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hayness jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

enabling Punch to counter with a crisp jab.

Morgan Punch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Haynes throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Good standup being displayed there by Punch as he connects with a hook.
Haynes takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Haynes walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

and Punch counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Punch counters with a nice uppercut.

Punch throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Haynes stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Punch lands a nice looking body shot.
Punch lands a nice hook to Haynes's body. Haynes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Haynes looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Punch feints a jab promting Haynes to slip. Punch then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Haynes slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Haynes is rocked!
Punch closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Haynes! Punch dives in looking to finish! Haynes is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
