The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter misses with a double jab.

and Goenji counters with a stiff right hand.

Walter throws a lazy uppercut
and Goenji counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Walter closes the distance looking to clinch
and Goenji counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Goenji counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Walter misses with a combination
and Goenji cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Walter tries to clinch but Goenji moves away
and Goenji connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A combination from Walter does no damage.
Walter throws a series of punches but Goenji avoids them all with ease.
Walter wants to clinch but Goenji slips to the side
and Goenji counters with a straight right hand.
Goenji is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

and Goenji counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Goenji looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Walter!
Walter is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Goenji breaks from Walter's wrist control and lands an elbow.

It looks like Chris Walter has been cut.
Goenji lands a big shot to the head and Walter winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
