Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Zadoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikel Skiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pablo Zadoff!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Zadoff.
Zadoff really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Skiel shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Zadoff utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Skiel connects with a couple of short punches.
Skielis looking to pass into half guard but Zadoff pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Zadoff is in guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Zadoff throws a head kick that misses.
Skiel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Zadoff manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Skiel manages to get himself to full guard.

Zadoff wants to get up but he can't break Skiel's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Skiel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Zadoff keeps working.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Skiel lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Skiel pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Skiel lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Zadoff hang on?

Skiel loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Zadoff scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Skiel land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Skiel stands and salutes the crowd.
