The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

White looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

White postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Evans is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of White, into his guard.

White escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Evans gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

White lands a left hand that snaps the head of Evans backwards.

Evans manages to break the clinch.
White shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Evans pinned against the cage. Evans gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and White holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

White turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and White manages to end up in side control.
Evans wants to get back to his feet but White is dominant here and he's now got Evans's back!

White has got one arm under Evans's chin. This could be trouble... Evans trying to control the other hand but White gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Evans has tapped out! The fight is over!
