The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith lands a nice leg kick that just misses Fists's sensitive parts.
Fists throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Smith sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Smith scores with a takedown into Fists's guard.
Smith wants to control from the top but Fists keeps moving.
Fists keeping full guard, as Smith tries to pass.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith lands a couple of digs.
Smith tries to free his leg and advance position but Fists is retaining full guard.
Fists keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully.
Smith passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Fists prevents Smith from moving into mount.
Smith advances to full mount.

Smith takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Smith lands a heavy elbow.

Smith goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Fists is on top in guard.
Smith is trying to keep Fists in close.

Smith has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Fists should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Smith has tightened it up now! Fists should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
