The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hilton throws a shot to the body.
Tyler scores with a push kick.
Tyler shoots in but Hilton avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Hilton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hilton tests Tyler's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hilton takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Tyler rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hilton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hilton throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tyler.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tyler changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hilton tries to avoid it but Tyler manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hilton to the ground. Hilton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Hilton gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tyler to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Tyler tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hilton sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tyler somewhat.

Morgan Hilton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hilton stalks Tyler and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tyler's face. Tyler staggers backwards, shaken.
Hilton might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Tyler looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
