Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Quinlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alfonso Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quinlan comes to the cage accompanied by Suspect Device. Sosa is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Patrick Quinlan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Alfonso Sosa!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sosa throws an overhand right that lands on Quinlan's shoulder, as Quinlan tries to avoid the shot.
Quinlan takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Sosa uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Sosa looks to land a right hand but Quinlan moved out of range.
Quinlan does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Sosa lands a big right hand that sends Quinlan crashing to the mat! Sosa stays standing though and waves Quinlan back to his feet!
Quinlan is rocked!
It looks like Patrick Quinlan has been cut.
Quinlan wants to clinch but Sosa slips to the side
and Sosa counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Oh Quinlan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sosa lands a brutal uppercut that launches Quinlan off his feet! Quinlan tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Alfonso Sosa!
