Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chobo Fighting (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chobo Fighting has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chuck Norris!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chobo Fighting!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Anthony Taglia and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighting shoots in but no luck this time.
Norris looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Fighting misses with a takedown
and Norris counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Fighting fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Norris, pushing him back against the cage.
Norris tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fighting smiles and moves away.
Norris throws a series of punches but Fighting moves out of range.
Fighting misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Chuck Norris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chobo Fighting.
Nice body kick there by Fighting.
Fighting looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Norris on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Fighting. Fighting obviously looking to wear him down.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Fighting throws an elbow but it misses.
Fighting tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Norris smiles and moves away.

Fighting must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Fighting closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Norris is not content to let Fighting control the position.
Fighting is pressing down on Norris's thigh, looking to free his foot. Norris is holding on for now.

That's time! Norris's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Norris drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fighting is trying to drag Norris to the mat but Norris just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Norris tries to pull guard but Fighting won't allow it.
Fighting has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Norris avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Norris wants to get back to striking at distance but Fighting won't allow it.

Norris has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fighting can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Norris is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fighting defends well.
Fighting wants to control from the top but Norris keeps moving.

Norris had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fighting defends it easily.

Norris wants to sweep here but Fighting controlling him for the moment.
Fighting is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Norris throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Fighting throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Norris works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Fighting stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Norris swivels though and keeps the full guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Fighting really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Norris. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Fighting throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Norris's waist but Norris gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighting off to one side.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fighting looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Norris tries to control but Fighting wriggling away.

Fighting swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Fighting is desperately trying to improve his position but Norris has a good base and remains in mount.
Fighting is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Fighting tries to control Norris's body but Norris pushes him off. Fighting squirms to his side and now Norris has his back!
Norris is hanging on to Fighting's back as he tries to escape.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fighting just trying to survive but Norris is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
Chuck Norris overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Norris controlling the position well here. Fighting rolled but Norris kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Fighting staying busy and making it hard for Norris to control.
Norris lands punches and elbows.
Norris has the hooks in. Fighting is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Norris is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Fighting has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Norris has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Fighting taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Norris doesn't care though - he's delighted!
