Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Conrad Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jing pao wok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grant throws a series of punches but wok avoids them all with ease.

A left and a right from Grant both land. Nice combination.
Grant closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
wok wants to get back to striking at distance but Grant won't allow it.
wok fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Grant makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Grant fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with wok, pushing him back against the cage.
wok jumps guard but Grant stands there with wok around his waist. wok gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Grant wants to stand but wok has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
wok is trying to control the position but Grant postures up.
Grant passes into half guard under a barage of strikes.
Grant is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that wok can do to turn this around?
wok is looking to control Grant's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can wok avoid being mounted?
Well, if Grant is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
